Can you run T5 & MH Togther for veg??

Not sure if there is any point in this, it just ran across my mind as I have T5 H.O's right now, 5K lumens per bulb, running 4 bulbs... 4ft long...
I have a 4x4 tent and i need to bump up my lights, i have a MH 600 watt blue grow bulb 72K lumens 6000k, can i run the big light up top and keep T5's down low??? Or dumb idea?

Maybe I'm not seeing it right, but wouldn't the T-5 block light from the 600w?

Thought about the same thing but t5 will block most light maybe put t5 on walls and hps on top

What if I hang the MH in center then hang the T5's horizontal or vertical along side and keep plants in center?? Or just remove completely?
