Can your get from seed to smoke in a month?

Im working on my first grow and more interested in what I learn rather than what I get. I still want results, but Im not after the mother load here. The objective would be to take a crash course from start to finish and then get serious on the next grow.

If I grow my plant with 24/7 light for 3 weeks and then go 12/12 will it bud? Will it be any good? A few clones (2-3) and a few grams of smoke would be a success in this case.

no pot plant finishes its flower cycle that quickly.

wow....like really? the simplest answer ...NO! it probably wouldn't even show sex at the end of that last week...you would be awesomely lucky if you even knew it was a girl
