My thought was that what is proposed in the leg. would color the way the ballot initiatives are drafted in these states( I think Maine voters could pass one).When home grow was left out of the med.initiatives in one eastern state it dissapeared in several states.wonder where N.J.'s program would be if they if like Ariz. had "no program then home grow? News today is home grow in Maine and Maryland but MD. has 3 plant limit.If you can get a legalization bill to germinate, knock yerself out.
