Canna cream

Hey guys, how do you make canna creams? Every site says base is coconut oil. But coconut oil is actually saturated fat which is heavy and don't penetrate into skin, right? I wonder if this coconut oil creams gives you desired effect and which one? Because I didn't notice anything in mine, actually it doesn't absorbs into my skin.

I've heard the opposite. I thought coconut oil does penetrate the skin? Good luck!
