Turns out the legal market is where all the real criminals are. Stealing from each other like punks in a locker room.

Kind of like the new ceo of CannTrust was the former cfo there when they were growing and selling illegally and the one to sign off on their crooked financials.. So no repercussions for you sir you are getting promoted!!
