Can't figure it out

Having viewed all the sick plant pics, I can't figure this one out.
this is the only pheno of WRussian that gives my freind probs 3rd one, same thing
3weeks in bloom and bamm the big fans start to go the way of the pics. Please note the leaves curl up not down. Growth slows and picks back up but I know it should be better. First tried extra N, no good then flushed and still no improvement.
Any Ideas?

Soil
Botanicare Pro veg and bloom
Botanicare Liquid Karma
Fed every other watering
Liquid Karma every watering

How do you read your PH? I think your soil is prolly whats causing your prob. You list everything you use with brandnames, but just mention soil. So i have a feeling your soil might not be that good. Test the run off after you water them and see what your PH is then.

the soil is Fertilome and I will take your advice.
