can't figure what this is. help please.

looks like a lockout of something maybe caused by jacked up pH idk need more info, you using tap water? what kind of soil is that?

60 Real watts. And no, i haven't put any nutes yet.
Im using water from my sink that filters out the tap water.

Im using BlackGold cocoblend potting soil. And i believe my water is filtered tap water

filtered with what? could be a Nitrogen deficiency (which i doubtt this early in growth) or some type of calmag deficiency, if your filter is stripping out all dissolved solids it may need a calmag supplement to aid growth because your in a coco based medium you need to be adding nutes and micronutrients/mineral supplements to have your babies grow optimally.
