Can't seem to upload photos??

I am trying to place photos into an album on my profile. Does anyone know how to do this? The instructions say simply click on upload photo, but I do not see this anywhere.

same here,created album ,no way to upload a photo

It's hard to see, the font blends in, but on the blue bar that has the album name, all the way to the right, there's "upload pictures" and "edit album". Just click.
