What is the wattage of you light? With all your lights going, how many lumens per square foot are you pulling? Historically, CFL's produce fluffy buds if the wattage is not the same or higher than the HID equivilant. You plant look like it is really stretching too. Your light should be almost touching....

'Fluffy' is a good description. I have 3 x 25W lights, 1700 lumens each. Yes it did stretch when I put it in flower. It kept touching the lights and burning, so I moved the lights up, the stem really stretched so it's 5 ft tall now. The lights are on a timer, so no concerns there, and it's in a room with no windows, so no concerns with lights leaks.

i've got no clue then.... i've personally only encountered buds like that on two occasions... once when i revegged and i had one shwag plant that was budding like that....

With your plant being that tall, those lights are not nearly enough to produce good buds. CFL's only penetrate at few inches. So most of your plant is not getting any light. You could triple you lighting at least for a plant that tall. You need lights everywhere around that plant to keep it producing good buds...

switch to a couple 150 watt HPS, light penetration is better than CFL. Also, make sure your lights are out of burning range(more than 6 inches) from your plants but no more than a foot, or your light intensity diminishes rapidly. Furthermore, that strain clearly has sativa traits, so its going to flower alot longer than an indica. Heavy sativa can flower an extremely long time. Be patient. Judging trich cloudiness is a good way to judge, cut when its mostly cloudy, or even let them get a little amber if you so desire.

It's an 80% sativa strain called Brain Candy from grower;s choice, recommends 9 weeks flowering time. Unfortunately, my 100 some odd year old wiring can barely handle a few CFL's, and I have to unplug it to use the microwave or it blows the fuse. There's really no possibility to upgrade the lighting anytime soon.
