Can’t yield more than 2 zips a plant

I've had good luck since going indoors. Always around 1.4-1.6gpw with quantum boards. Ran 5 autos last year and they all pulled between 5 and 7 ounces, all in 2 or 3 gallon pots of Coco.

I'd be interested in growing photos, but I'm addicted to the lack of lighting needed to get good yields with autos, how slack I can be on light leaks, and can't guarantee light free dark cycles as I'm growing in the same room I live in (I don't sleep lol), and to top it off I have a ripped zipper lining on pretty much all my tents cause Im a savage.

I'd need to double up on lighting to provide DLi and coverage with 12/12 schedule. I can run 500-600umol/s over 20 hours to get the same DLI as 900-1000umol/s over 12 hours.

I'd say it's all in good genetics too...it's not like I did anything special, if anything I did everything wrong by RIU standards, you know, starting in full size pots, feeding to runoff from day one, topping multiple times, defoliation and lack of lighting by most standards.

Genetics grow 600g/m varieties, how new is the light bulb your using i use my light 3 grows max also i wouldnt use less that 600w hPs ideally 1000w and mainline your plants to create lots of main colas.

You consider 8 weeks a "really long veg"? Shit, depending on genetics, it takes closer to 3-4 mos.' veg for me to yield >2 oz. and plants get plenty of close proximity LED light in bloom. Topping adds time. Not 3' tall, more like <3' wide.
I'm planning to move this spring. One thing I experimented with recently was setting up one 66" bar light above veg plants that were larger than new cuts but hadn't been topped yet. Man, they look noticeably healthier, thicker, leaves are banging. Spent time figuring out wattage/# of lights for veg, but this helps a lot with future planning/stackability for veg.

genetics are limiting, but i can continue to work on topping each plant more than once -- wasn't that long ago, I didn't top all plants. Improvement in veg vigor is encouraging. i also know that Green Gelato and Taskenti strains yield better than the others. So, probably 5:1 higher yield, at least until I bring the others up. yeah, wow, 2 isn't that easy. currently, old house -- lost a few from a draft near one side of the room. oh well, you learn.

120W per bar. Close proximity. Was wasting veg time with lights so far away. Max 2 bars per veg shelf, less than a foot away. Started further away (like 6') because a cheap led flat panel light gave off so much heat/intensity on my very first run.
