Any advice on fan and filter that will take care of business for a 400 or 600 watt and that is soundless to neighbors?

I use this one and I live in a building that have 5 more apartment and nobody can hear the fan running 24/7

Duct muffler if ur exhausting somewhere when u want it to be quit 60$ and good investment
