Hello.

I am a caregiver with over 5 years of experience growing. I currently grow in HYDROPONIC BUBBLES. I use Organic fertilizers and MH/HPS Lights.

I currently harvest every 8 weeks and im switching to an every 4 week system. I usually grow 2-3 strains at a time. In 2 weeks i can start providing, White Widow, and Rock Lock. 2 of my favorite strains to go. Next up is Sensi Star and Pandora. I will rotate in just about any strain you would like to try. I Dry and cure my Meds in a method ive developed over the years.

I supply the legal limit (2 1/2 ounces) at a minimum of every 2 weeks. Up to 5 ounces a month.

Benefits of working with me are;

alot of deals! I dont charge more than 200 an ounce !
Free Bees like canna butter, brownies and cookies. I frequently give this stuff out or can sell batches for cheap.
Request any strain!
Ill travel within a half hour of the cities i named.

I can Supply samples Immediatley and we can start our relationship when my next batch is ready. (about 2 weeks)

I deal in only top of the line strains that are grown in a temp controlled, bug free, area. As my patient you are #1 and once i commit to supplying a certain amount, be assured its what you are going to get!

why does everyone always feel the need to bust through on someones thread, with some unverifiable information, extolling themselves as the mother theresa of medical marijuana. "their plants?" i've got debilitating sciatica and arthritis, so yes, when i literally bust my ass to grow some plants, i dont really think of the plants as being the patients. i think of them as being an allotment of plants that i am allowed to grow to supply my patients with their meds, and rightly should be compensated for my work. if meds were really free and easy patients would grow em themselves, rather than sit here and browbeat any person here that tries to provide safe access to someone at a reasonable price. just an FYI $200 is a reasonable price in this day and age, because patients arent taking the "cops kick down your door, and possibly put a bullet in your dogs ass, or your own ass's" risk.

I get an average of 3 1/2 oz's a plant. X's 12 = 42 oz's every 120 days
I "give out" 1 1/2 a month over 3 months = 4 1/2 oz's

Leaving me with about 37 1/2 oz's

Now lets use your $200 an oz

$200 X's 37.5 = $7500 bucks every 3 months.
Average patients =2
Own plants =1
---------------------------------------------------
Total = $22,500 every 3 months.

But thats not good enough for your type.
You have to make money on those other 4 1/2 oz's too with the additional $900 bucks a month.
So now we have to add in 2 patients paying or their meds at $200 an oz. + $1900 a month = + $5700 every 3 months.

Total $27,700.00 every 3 months.

Now my 12 week grow cost around $1000 bucks tops
Elect, soil, nutes etc..

Leaving me strapped with only $21,000.00 compensation for what little effort it took over the 3 months.
And believe when I say that $21,000 every 3 months is a very very low number.
My overages sell for 250 to 300 an oz at local dispensaries.

But yeah, I'm fucking Mother Theresa for "giving" 1 1/2 oz's to my patients from "their own plants".....
Good thing I didn't mention those I help who are not my patients.

And thats not even adding in all the money I make on the hash and butters I make out of the trimmings or the money I make off of clones..

Gotta tranfer them and stay with in the allowable weight limits, and anyone thats ever taken overages to a dispesery, they know the shops set the price, and only a fool is going to say, "hey thats to much, it only cost me $50 to grow it"..

Besides, I can do what everyone else is doing and add in my house payment and even a car payment if I use the car to deliver to patients or to pick up anything else related to my grow. Maybe charge $200 and hour for my work in the garden..

That law is specificly for "non qualifying patient" cargivers slick..
The only way I would be breaking the law is if I were to "transfer/sell to a non card holder.

(k) Any registered qualifying patient or registered primary caregiver who sells marihuana to someone who is not allowed to use marihuana for medical purposes under this act shall have his or her registry identification card revoked and is guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment for not more than 2 years or a fine of not more than $2,000.00, or both, in addition to any other penalties for the distribution of marihuana.

As long as they are registered, tranfers are completly legal .. How else could someone help a patient from Caif or Org ?

(j) A registry identification card, or its equivalent, that is issued under the laws of another state, district, territory, commonwealth, or insular possession of the United States that allows the medical use of marihuana by a visiting qualifying patient, or to allow a person to assist with a visiting qualifying patient's medical use of marihuana, shall have the same force and effect as a registry identification card issued by the department.

Really? So that's why dispensaries get busted all the time, even though some of them do NOT engage in distribution outside vending to qualified patients, and busted by THE STATE, no less?

There's another flaw in the logic you're trying to use by quoting that law to me. Section J, that you so diligently provided, says that their patient card is valid, but gives ABSOLUTELY NO INDICATION of where said patient is supposed to get the stuff!

And as you so beautifully stated in the DEA raids thread, the feds are under NO OBLIGATION to honor state laws regarding federally controlled substances, so where does that leave you with your extravagant comments here? Up shit creek without a paddle because you've ran your mouth so much about your grow and business dealings that there is no way in hell you're not getting busted if they start sniffing around the dispensaries you sell to.

Dispensaries are a gray area of the law, right now... they're "Not illegal" at best, and that doesn't make them legal by default. As much as you and I and everyone else on these forums would LOVE for that to be otherwise, it just isn't the case. Now, I'm not trying to say that you aren't permitted to sell to dispensaries. Hell, I've flirted with the idea myself when trying to come up with ideas on how to dispose of overages, come up with extra cash... etc. The problem is, until this law is clarified, we're not even protected from our own state authorities. It's just not the way to go if we want to keep ourselves legitimate. Leave the court battles and test cases to the people who can afford them, let people like Caregivers of America fight those battles while we support them from the sidelines. Our voices have more power when things become oppressive if we're always abiding by the laws we are given. If we're defending ourselves constantly then we force ourselves into a situation where we can be pigeon-holed as common criminals.

My problem is not with WHAT you DO, but what YOU ARE SAYING. It's awesome that you're sharing growing information and tips to save money when setting up a grow op.

My problem with what you're saying is that you're criticizing people who are going strictly by the book in their handling of being a caregiver. If you get busted, then your advice on how to provide patients with free meds is still going to be there with all its details on how you make your money. We'll likely never hear about you getting busted because we only know you by your forum name, at the very least... most of us only know you by that name, so even if we DO hear about it, we won't know it's you. Yet the information will remain and lead others to think it's okay to conduct business like you do and talk openly about it without worry until this thread falls completely by the wayside and no longer shows up in searches.

Share the grow info, but keep the details of how you conduct business to yourself. It's cool if you wanna tell everyone that you give out free meds, got no problem with that, but it's just foolish to announce HOW you are able to afford that when dispensaries are getting shut down all the time. Sooner or later, someone will drop a name and you'll be next on the list.

We all take a calculated risk when we choose to get into production of mmj, but that's a risk which is carefully weighed against the benefits, but stating details about your financial dealings in this hostile environment is just reckless.

everyone agrees. thousands to be made. i can veg a plant for 60 days and get a pound EASY. with 5 patients and myself, that makes for quite a perpetual, eh?
if everyone bought and sold ounces for 200 or less, even 300. every one would be high, paid, and happy. the greed is not sustainable. if it starts looking too good the fed will take it.

also rico, i don't think the TOU allows for solicitation. you might have better luck at the MMMA
