Caregiver question

Does any one know if you have to be a mmj patient to be a caregiver? Obviously it would be at the cost of the 6 plants of the caregiver, just wondering if there is anything in any of the laws that states you must have a recommendation to be a caregiver?

No, you don't have to posses a red card in order to be a caregiver.

You just have to fill out and notarize a change of caregiver form then sent it to the state with your ID. Use blue ink.

Keep copies of your patient's red card [or other documentation] and a copy of the change form on hand for when the police show up and kick down your door.
