Cat in the Box

Ok so i've been on my second grow, and i cant keep my cat out!! literally, she doesn't shut up until i let her in my room, It's like she's back in heat and once in she goes right to the plants and starts munchin some leaves!! WTF? has anyone else had cat problems with their plant? why are they so attracted? Is cannabis related to catnip maybe? Because in the summer i grow lots of outdoor catnip.

You should get some cat grass in the little canisters that you just bring home and water....made my cats stop gnawing off al lmy leaves...they just gnaw on their own little plant...

My cats do not seem interested in the plants.

However, they are indoor cats and have never eaten anything other than dry cat food.

My cat was forced to pack its shit and find a new home after killing one of my mommas.........

cats all different some wont pay any attention to plants --some will nibble --some will eat --some just destroy and leave

i have a dog and a cat they cant get to plants but i still find those light floater hairs stuck to my buds-- i hate the thought of smoking cat hair

i wish i had a tip for you, but my cat has an insatiable appetite for fresh cannabis. after i harvest i even leave what's left of the plant out for him and he doesn't want it. he only wants it when there are huge luscious fan leaves. i always forget to barricade my closet during grow chores and the fucker is in there in 10 seconds. the combo of the bright warm light and the plentiful delicious leaves must be orgasmic. the little shit will not touch cat grass and i've tried 3 brands, ready bought, grew my own, nothing. the fucker ONLY eats fresh cannabis and nice house plants. all i can use is a spray bottle, and that's useless unless i catch him in the act.
