Cat peed on unused soil still on bag

I have some Organic Choice Miracle Gro laying around still in the bag. About a good 4-5 gallons of it. My cat decided to pee on the bag. Creating a puddle of pee mixed with rain water on top of the bag. The bag smells like pee but I smelled the soil it doesnt really smell like pee. I cant really see if any of the pee got in the soil because the soil is damp from being left out in the rain. Even if pee got into the soil would it be harmful? Couldnt I just rinse or pretty much flush it out?
