Caterpillar of some sort?

So I was unable to find the culprit today, but when I did see it, it was a very very small white bug. So small if you aren’t looking for it, you could very easily miss it.
I released some lady bugs to do some work.
I can’t tell if this is new or not.
im gonna spray some Monterey spinosad spray soon to see if that helps.
anybody seen this type of damage to a leaf?

I'm a new grower but when I experimented back in the days with outdoor I had bugs. They never did that damage. Take immediate action indeed. Good luck
