CFL Growing light fixture

could anyne give me a cfl set up to buld me light in coz at the moment i got them just hangin n it anit very safe i was thinkin of like a like retangle shape of wood n i just dont know how to sucler the lights HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
