CFL help please.

Hello all, i am 24 hours into trying to germinate. At the moment im looking for light. its going to be an indoors grow for my first time and im going with a CFL setup for a max of 4 plants in a closet. I have a good connection with an outstanding lighting company and the discounts are 3% above cost to manufacture so the question at hand...

What is the best of the best for CFL? the twist bulbs, reflective flood light CFLs, Compact flood light CFLs? Also so i have a post to come back to for information what mixture of light "types" should i buy? Still a noob that has never grown so im not on the up and up but i want to do it right from the get go.

T5 CFL any type of socket will work.

The higher the watts the more power.

Get as close as you can to 1500K for red (flower) and 8000K for blue (veg).

I'd be interested to see these custom built lights. Please share when done.
