Hey guys. Got my seeds from the 'tude on saturday, threw em in rockwool on monday.

This is a semi stealth, CFL rubbermaid grow. I'm running a drip hydroponics setup. Strains featured are

1x Paradise Seeds Whiteberry
1x G13 WW (yeah... it was the cheapest one)
1x Serious Seeds Chronic (freebie)
1x DNA Sour Kush (freebie)

Lights atm are 8 26 watt cfls, and 2 23 watters. Another powerstrip light fixture will be added for flowering. Plants sprouted on the 16th (the kush is a day behind cause I didnt put it in rockwool till tuesday).

I'll throw some pics up today. All you guys who are growing some of the attitude freebies that I am, hit me up. I'd like to do some comparison . All comments are welcome.

alright. We had a few issues with temp cause our AC broke. That slowed growth for 2-3 days. the plant are now working on their 2nd node of true leaves. The sourkush is in bad shap, and has been moved to a shady area on our porch for better care. It might not make it. The othe 3 are powering along, albeit a bit behind schedule imo.

bleh, the regulator on my 10 pound CO2 tank is shot. There goes a whole tank wasted on nothing....

Little more info. curently I'm running 10 26 watt CFLS (8 blue, 2 red =P). I will be adding 6 more during flowering.

appreciate it man. I'll get pics up later today. The sour kush is bad off, put her outside for the time being with the rest of my vegetables, replaced her with a habanero sprout for the time being. The others are working on their second set of leaves, chronic and whiteberry out front, WW a tad behind.

Just swapped the res water. Upped the nutrient by a significant amount and raised the ph to around 5.9ish. The sour kush is outside for the time being.... its looking a little rough.

those dates are all wrong, thats when I put them in paper towels to germ, so this is about the 8-9 day mark fo these plants. Imo they are behind, anyone have any insight?

yeah, The res was nice and clean, no algae growth, but it was a bit empty, and completely clear (which is weird. I'm assuming all the nutrient was consumed).

alright, I went home for the last 4 days, came back and WOW. I'll be changing the res later today, so I'll throw up pics from the second, and pics from today whne I do that. The white wido is now solidly in the lead. The Chronic had nute burn, but it recovered nicely. The whiteberry is in second

the sour kush never developed a root system T_T

alright. couldnt find the older pics. Shame

You can see the burn on the chronic (the first 2 pictures). it seems to be recovering well. They are extremely tight in node spacing (the WW most so).

Just swapped the res. Running ff big bloom. Ph is about 6.1

anyone have any suggestions on when I should induce flowering? I was thinking about 7 days, which would be like, day 25 since they were standing up their own.

If you start to flower after one month of veg you'll be in good shape, or at least thats the time i like to flower.

Yeah. Thats when I usually prefer to do it as well. I've only got about 25 inches of vertical space in the rubbermade though. if they ever start growing verticaly, I'll probably start playing with lst.

We're having a bit of trouble with the chronic. It looks like either nute burn or PH issues but the others (White widow and white berry) are doing just fine. The pH as right around 6.6-6.7 (its raised over the last couple days). we're gonna put in some citric acid and bring it back down. Hope it works.

Ouch, hope the chronic gets better, otherwise they're looking great for 20 days in! This journal is kind of helping me along, since I started some plants 10 days ago and they're looking about the same size yours were at the time. The difference is I'm growing in soil, so I don't know if that makes for slower growth or not. I may be transporting them into a grow box tonight to save on cubic feet and stealth it up a bit more. I'll be watching this journal, though.

Best of luck!
