Hi, i am just about to order a CFL light which is 1bulbX200 watts. My question is (well 2) what spectrum should i get they offer blue and red? and finally will the CFL light be able to take 1 or 2 plants through the whole growing process? (both vegging and flowering)

I don't know about the "spectrum" but as for the "color temperature" (soft bright, daylight, etc) from what I have read in researching the same thing this morning you are going to want:
"For Vegetation you will want to use 6500K or 5000K (Daylight, Full Spectrum), and when you flower you will want to switch to 2700K or 3000K (Soft white, warm light)"

***Edit:

I have yet to find one that was reccommended for both, though Im sure there is one you can "get away with"

lol i just learnt from the site im buying from that red = flowering at 2700k and blue = vegging at 6400k. So theres no problem i can just buy an extra cfl bulb.

Thanks for your input ImissATARI, the lights for the CLF reflector sounds like just the right spectrum i need.

if the cfl is true 200watts than it would be enough for 2 plants just make sure not to veg long because 200watts isnt much if you veg till the plant is big. as for the color spectrum its 6500k for veg and 2700k for flower, flowering with a 6500k is not reccomended i personally dont what what it will do.
