my guess is slower growth and takes longer to sex and prolly a lil less potent

as far as i know it will still grow, and flower, but the yeild will be reduced, and they wont do as well.

your buds will be light and fluffy and as mentioned before yield will be reduced. cant you just buy some warm whites? thats supposed to be one of the major pro's of cfl's, you can easily and cheeply change the spectrum according to your current grow cycle. even you keep those 65k's on there at least go out and get another fixture or two with a couple y sockets and get a few 27k's to give your plant SOME red light, and if you do, i gurantee you will be much happier with your harvest

actually the 6500k has alot of red spectrum too
