CFL Vs. HPS Combination? Noobiee

Im gonna start my second grow in a month or 2. I just ordered Ice seeds from Nirvanas website. For my first grow im using a large 125w CFL throughout my grow and its worked magic. For my second grow would it be better to use the CFL for Vegging and then use a 430watt HPS for flowering, or the HPS for the whole thing? I dont have money for the MH so Half with CFL and half with HPS or HPS for the whole lifespan?

use both for all of the grow. the more light the better for veg and flower

Haha yeah thats what i thought so would it be better to put the hps on the top and sumhow arrange the flouro to move around the plant? Its a pretty big Cfl like a foot long.

yes put the cfls on each end of the plants and then the hps on top
