CFL vs LED for this setup?

I'm using a grow box with these dimensions: height is 34inches, width is 22 and depth is 12.

A lot of guys recommended me to get an LED light and just train my plants.
But a couple of guys told me to go CFL because height can be a problem. But Im really worried about the heat for this one.

If I have to train my plants, then Ill do it.
Which do you think is the better option? :)

I saw your other thread basically asking the same thing, that's annoying, but I'd go for cfls personally, put a box fan in the top corner of the back wall and make a small intake near the bottom and temps won't be an issue.

Drill 6 holes in the top of your box and mount 6 LED flood bulbs (90 to 120 watt equiv.) on top of the box. That way you can have 34" for your pot and plants. 90+ watts. Homedepot has been clearancing a lot of their older led bulbs lately.

LED. If height an issue, and the plant touches, the plant doesn't burn! True that LED sits higher above the plants optimally, but I'd still go that route.
