how many cfl's or total wattage would i need for one small plant approx 20 inches

annnd how many weeks into veg should i be starting to switch bulbs from 6500k into the 4500k ish spectrum

depends how big u want the plant to be and shit.for a plant about that size i had 5 25 watt cfls

i use a 67w 2700k bulb with a 32w circline bulb for flower. the time to switch depends on how tall you want the plant to end up

It's too big already for cfls, and 4500 K is useless for flowering (or veging)
