Change pots?

Ive got 4 kush n cheese from dinafem, indoor 400w 1mx1mx2' in 11liter pots no signs of out growing their pots .. their going well dont know if i should go another pot size up or flower now. Plus if i leave it another 2 weeks i be will fighting summer temps
The ladies are about 40-45 cm

looks good, don't do anything. I use 15 gal. smart pots if ur in 5 gal, ur good

The ladies look good, but I would take a pic with different light.

I can't see the pots very well.
