Changing flowering time

I have been flowering now for a week from 8 - 8 and was wondering if there would be any negative effects if i moved the time to 630 - 630.

maybe change it slowly, it shouldnt be a big deal

shouldn't hurt at all as long as you cut the light short and extend the dark cycle during the switch. I've done it before with no negative effects
