Cheap Hydro Setup

I need some ideas for a way to cheaply setup hydroponics that make best use of my 150w hps.

I'm thinking of doing a 4 plant dwc scrog ? in a 12 gallon tub, if i can find one.

i'd realy appreciate some advice. would SOG be better in this situation than a SCROG?

I really wanna get a buil'din but i'm not sure how big i should build my cab and i'm not sure what type of fan i should get that will work with a carbon scrubber

I don't really have much $ either.

The smaller the container, the less work and hassle. I like a 8 gallon tote, with 6 gallons of water, and 6 3-inch grow cups. I do have some 5 gallon
buckets with three grow cups in each bucket.
You will need the DUAL Aquarium Air pump from Walmart, and two ten or 12 inch long airstones and some 1/4 inch tubing..
