Cheapo-Aero cloning tub (have questions) Help asap

Hey,
I'm making a Cheapo-Aero cloning tub, I have all the items that the Grow F&A shows.
Its says that a timer is a must, but they don't say the time frame to put the timer on.
If any one has any info on this method of cloning system please respond.

This sucks, I hate waiting. The faq says to have a timer for this type of cloning method but doesn't say how long the timer is needed to be on. WTF- I hade the whole thing set up ready to go. da da da da da.
