Chemical Smelling Weed?

I’ve smoked weed for a while now. Enough to know what weed smells like and can tell some strains apart. Also, enough to know I’m getting ripped on the half I bought. I love weed. I love what it smells like in all phases of consumption, everything. This weed I just bought smells like a gasoline-scented weed, or fertilizer or something along those lines, AT FIRST SNIFF. Like it actually hits you in the nose when you stick it in the jar... Not the jar either. Clean. But, when I keep smelling it, it starts to smell like a farm, kind of. Like a weed farm.

Only one way to find out, smoke it! If It starts to burn your lungs and make you cough, then you'll have your answer. The nutrients most likely haven't been flushed.

If its harsh its either the strain or it was dried too quick.

The fact it smells like gasoline is not really an indicator of anything, never heard of diesel?

Of course, but no weed should smell like fertilizer

I mean it’s got one hell of a potent taste. It really may be just the stankiest weed I’ve ever smoked.

Hey everyone I actually just bought a half and it looks great, nothing god like but I like the buds. Thing is kinda smells like windex and maybe even a slight taste of it. I smoked it. I'm pretty high but also a bit concerned you could say...should I dry it or not worry to much? Or am I mistaking a super piney strand? Deep inhale of bud itself smells piney. Windexy. Lol.
