Chronic Leafs Curling Help!!! Pics Posted

hello i just moved my 20 chronic plants into flowering.it has been two days and this is what i returned to the new growth leafs are curling could i over feed the plants im using botanicare pure blend pro for soil.1.5-4-5. also i been using neem oil every 3 days because i gotta little mite problem. othere than that i just need some input thanks and good luck to all.

re-vegging... or just stretching... shit hit the fan somewhere. i think you need to look for light leaks, check air circulation, temps, etc.
