it'll work. it's not the best fert for mj but you do the best you can with what you got. GL

It has more C than P and no mag, use a goot potting mix ammended with lime and use Jacks, done

exactly. i buy soil from a local ornamental nursery. great mixture with the dolomite lime added. also, i've used Jack's for many years. love it!

Do not use lime with this product.

If you look closely, almost all the N in this mix is derived from nitrates, meaning this is clearly meant for hydroponics.

This mix by itself theoretically would work standalone in a DWC setup.

The usual comparison people are used to is P2O5 vs Ca. They made things confusing by including all 4 values, P2O5, P, CaO, and Ca. It's actually rare people advertise with CaO. The only reason K2O is listed on things instead of K is it's regulated that way in NPK ratings.

P2O5 vs Ca is actually 1.2 : 1.1, which should put things into perspective for people used to the P meaning P2O5 (like in NPK)

I would love to see someone have a successful dwc grow with growth technologies citrus focus as a standalone, but its not gonna happen. Hes a soil grower who wants to use liquid nutes because he assumes they are better than salts, a good soil, lime, and Jacks is going to be much better than citrus focus.

For soil, yeah jacks is probably a better deal. I never said I recommend the citrus grow, just that it should work in DWC.

Obviously, I don't recommend any particular liquid nutes brand. They're all a ripoff imo.
