Cleaning 12 bucket system

Hello...

I have just finished up with a 12 plant grow. I have a ebb/flow system with a 12 site.

Here is what I did so far and Im looking for advice to see if I'm on pace:

Took out the plants and cleaned the root system bucket with bleach and set aside
Used shop vac and drained all the buckets then sprayed with bleach
Used hose to spay bleach and scrubbed off residue
Spray with water again and drain with shop vac
Fill buckets with water and spray with bleach again and drain system with shop vac and use shop vac to suck water out of the tubes to let dry..

Do you think this is enough? I will be cleaning out the reservoir and pumps with bleach as well..

Any advice?

I'm also going to run 1000ML of H202 in my 55g rez to ensure everything is clean.

Again, Advice? Good bad?

I try to stay away from bleach. It can leave a residue and it stinks like hell. I typically rinse and spray to get all the gunk out of everything. Then mix up a full rez of phsian20 and run it through the system for a day. Rinse.. your done.

Phsian20 is a disenfectant made for the hort industry. It is VERY concentrated.

Bleaching is fine when cleaning up, slaughters the pythium bacteria that cause root rot. Just make sure you rinse everything well. Hydrogen peroxide is always a good choice for cleaning also. 1000 ml seems like a lot, you are using the 3% or the 35% from the hydro store?

I pull everything apart. Wash it in the tub with dawn dish soap. Rince well then use h2o2. Also every 2nd grow I replace the flood tubes.
