Cleaning a bong (water pipe) with Acetone

hey guys

1) does using acetone peel off labels or fade away colour in glass bongs? i have white marble like things that look like the pain is beneath the glass, would this get faded (i highly doubt but i though id ask just to make sure)

2) if i did want to peel off a label, woul acetone work or what would be a good way of peeling off a company label?

3)do you guys use regular table salt or rock salt when washing your bong

the acetone will actually bring out that crystal clear shine on your piece, it wont effect the labels.. as for me i perfrer to use ice melt in place of salt.

on the label i think it depend on what type it is. if it is sand blasted in no way but if it is a sticker type there could be a way to get it off. i have never tried as i like the look of my logo.
