cleaning time and other things

ok i have finaly had it with this dayum grow room. so my idea is to empty it out and scrub it down and also get some insect repelllent in there.... i will be putting my retarded plant outdoors during the process tomorrowsince the entire basement will get a good cleaning..i will be using bleach and water on everything that can be washed. now my grow room is partially drywall and part paneling. <ugh> i have notice a few spiders in the room so i am thnking i may have a spider probelm in with my plant. someone suggested to out a few insect strips oon the floor so that they cant get to the plant good or bad idea?? also thereis a heater vent in there that is not fully intact with the dry wall was thinking of covering that up with cardboard box for now until winter arrives and it can be fixed how it should.. ok now on to the plant situation. the guy i got the plant from swears both plants i had are both autoflowers but after the first harvest which went nicely the second plant kind of went into a different phase as tho it had lost its soul mate < LOL> so i figured it was a non-auto and put it on 12/12 its only been that way for about 4 days. i want to switch it back to 20/4 or 24/0 . what do you guys think?????????
