Clip Fan Cooling

Fellow growers, my grow box has one computer fan, I use T5 four tube lights. The temp is always around 85 to 88. Should I cool this down for my white widow? Will a 6" clip fan do the trick?

all thats gonna do is circulate the air inside the box. if you dont got enough fans pushing air in, and pulling it out it isnt gonna do much.
