clone help... ( turbo clone )

Hey everyone. So I've never had any trouble before with cloning but I decided to try cloning from the flowering stage. I made the cuttings maybe two weeks into flowering and they were a bit on the short side but definetly four nodes down. I understand it takes longer for a clone from flowering to revert back into veg and then root but looking at them just seems strange. It's already been about 16 days. The plant itself looks healthy but when I look at the cut area it kind of concerns me. So I took some pics to see what you guys think.

If you look at the pictures you can see some black. So yeah not sure if that is a good sign but if anyone could help me out and let me know I would appreciate it. Hopefully I'm still good.

The swelling and nodules are good but the rotten looking parts aren't. Not sure those are going to take. One thing I've learned is that some strains clone easier than others. I had a mostly indica (blueberry) and sativa dom (black pearl) mix on this last grow. The BP had roots in a little over week while the BB took almost a month. I took these clones 2.5 weeks after the flip. They were in the same self-watering coco tray so the only diff was the strain.

How long has it been since you cleaned and sterilized your aerocloner? Could try a little h202.

I cleaned it right before the cloning process. I used a high concentrated peroxide from mad farmer that I delluted with water and let that run for several hours and then rinse it with water afterwards. As for the strain it's Coletrain which is a 70 30 indica dom. It's been about 16 days. Someone mentioned to trim the bad area? Any suggestions?

Yeah I figured I may just do that just thought someone may know some sort of method to assist it.
