Clone Light Question

Hi Fam,

Torn on a clone light right now, prefer LED, don't like the luxx 9000k spectrum

I was considering getting a viparspectra pro series P600 and turning it right down to 15% and then I have the option to crank it once roots have taken to give it proper growth?


It will be in a seahawk clone tent so not a very big space.

Otherwise, other suggestions are welcome.

I personally think the best clone lights are t5's, but other's will work. They just don't need much at first.

18 watt Wally world t-5. Plenty of energy. Not enough to burn the plant trying to use it without roots. Helps maintain RH because of low temps. And this is 3600K.

Still using it. $20 give or take.

You want low light for clones until they root. I just use a screw in LED bulb over a tray.
