Clone Lowrider??

Ok, is it possible to clone lowrider??? Like in a way to have garunteed females? Also where is the best place to buy i because i live in the US and some say you cant buy from certain seed banks. And has any smoked it to tell me how the quality is?? Thanks in advance for any replies!

I wouldnt think you could clone it, but i could be wrong. And i have never grown it so couldnt tell ya where to get it or about the quality.

You can but it is hard because they are a auto flowering strain and they tend to start to flower really early. I think the trick to it is vegging them big enough to take a clone before it flowers. There have been members that have done it.

I have started to do some research on this plant myself now and think ima make it the next grow in a few weeks. Does anyone know where i can get quality Lowrider seeds in the US?

Cloning LR is totally pointless..
The Veg period is sooo Short that by the time your plant is big enough to clone it will already be starting to go into flowering mode..Also if you do manage to get a clone off it in time, by the time it starts trying to establish some roots it will already be also trying to make itself flower...Bare in mind these things Flower regardless of light etc and are the same age as your mother..So your clone will be trying to do exactly what your mother is..AUTOFLOWER..
Also its real easy to shock LRs and make them hermie, or stunt growth for a wk or so, which when you consider it has a lifespan of 9wks is a substantial amount of growth time to lose.

I have tried it a couple of times now and you end up with a clone with reall small bud that were hardly worth the effort, and a diminished yield off the original plant.

Just grow a couple out and make your own seeds....Try the Docs other site Cannabean they still ship to the US i think.


As far as the smoke goes, i guess that is dependent on how its grown, i have had LR that was harsh as fuck, dont think it was flushed, was grown with synthetic Nutes and had been cured and dried VERY badly....I grow my LR2's organically like all my other stuff..Minimal nutes,theyre not big on high levels of ferts...Dose of molasses once per wk from wk 2..and it tastes very sweet/fruity and is a real smooth smoke once its dried and cured properly..(this is CRITICAL)
Theyre pretty resinous and get very frosted with trichomes...
High is somewhat short lived in comparison to other strains, but this makes LR's the perfect sociable smoke,if youre going out etc..
Harvest Early for a nice,clean 'up' high...Duration approx 1+hr
Harvest when trich's are 80%+ cloudy for a good head and body hit..1.5hr
Or i personally wait until the trichs are 40/60 cloudy+Amber, for a nice head shot followed shortly with couchlock..1.5-1.75hr
Its also dependent on your tolerance levels to THC and CBD/CBN.
If youre a heavy smoker of the more powerful strains, youre probably gonna join the ranks that think LR is a poor strain too..But if you want a short stealth plant for light personal use with a good clean buzz, or to just fill out the extra room in your grow space, LR2 is ideal.

People rag on the LR strain all over the web, and its mostly people who havent grown and dont see the point in growing the strain.


It will yield very well if you supply enough light and maintain PH and good level of nutes.
