Cloners: how often do you pH? Nutrients or no? Success rates, tricks & tips.

Using a 150-site cloner. Nowhere near filling it all up, but planning ahead.
As the title suggests, I have questions for experienced cloners. My success rate hasn't really improved over just sticking cuttings in wet rockwool cubes.
I've been checking pH and ppm every ~24 hrs but plan to check pH twice daily (~6AM and ~5pm). Experiencing some lockout, but I slept in, had the cover on (it's already humid here), and filled the reservoir with too much water. I always dip cuttings in Clonex. And recently, I started a round of clones feeding them 350ppm of my seedling/clone nutrients.
What's your approach and success rate? And how many weeks does it take for you to see roots?
Please tell me everything from cutting selections to pH monitoring frequency and anything else I should know.
