clones leaves turning inwards

hi i i got this clone thats about a week and a half old maybe a few days older and its in a rockwool cube and in a plastic humidity box that sits in a fairly warm room with no direct sunlight it just gets light from outside comin in i mist it daily alright so now my problem some of its bottom leaves were rotting because of the moisture in the bottom of the box so i cut them off not all of them just the bits that were no good and now ever since that day a couple days ago all its leaves are curling inwards gettin worse and worse is it stress or somethin from cuttin it and will it be alright ?
