Clones look weird wheee I cut them

Hey everyone I recently cut clones and I’ve noticed wheee the cut is that they’re like rotting something? I think I messed up by scraping the bottom inch because that’s where they look bad. Did I fuck up? Can I re-cut and hope for the best???
