I have some clones that rooted about 2 weeks ago and all showing good new groth
I should be able to start flowering them shouldnt i?
Space is an issue so i want to start flowering right away

You can flower whenever you want. If the plant has tightly packed internodes, expect them to double in size. If you have stretching issues, expect less.
