cloning, cutting and timing

i was wondering wether ne1 can tell me when i can take clones from my newly potted clone? it is now about 1 foot tall and i wanted to take some clones asap, its about 3/4 weeks old.... also will the clone that i take cuttings from go back to growing the same as it was? and if i cut from the top of the plant will that stop it from growing taller- like topping your plant would?? any info on this would be appreciated

I tried taking clones from other young clones without much luck. I used a 3 week old mother, a 3 1/2 week old mother
and a 4 week old mother. First 2 batches saw no roots. As soon as the mother was 4 weeks+ my cloning success went
back to 100%. I was using Kushage from T H Seeds, an easy to clone variety.

Let's the branches that you will use as clones grow until they are at least an inch longer than what you want! Cut the clone from the main stalk and trim that inch off! This allows you to use the softer part of the branch as the root growth area! This one thing alone allowed me to not only have great success with roots but it will give you a much better overall plant!

I personally DO NOT take clones from clones, I Keep a nice healthy mother around that's always bushy and ready for clipping. I don't want to risk watering down my gene pool. But to all his own broham.

if u have a decent cloning method, u can clone just about anything that has a stem and a couple leaves on it. ive cloned little 2-3 inch pieces of stem that had some leaves on it and it grew roots just like everything else did.
