Cloning Trouble

I was recently checking on my clones when I noticed something odd on several of them. I notice some of them were sort of brown and when I tried to examine them with my hands they completely toppled over, it was as if someone cut them. I touched the part that was brownish, greenish color and it felt really soft, slimey soft. I have a heating mat that is set at 80 degrees fahrenheit, it has only been 4 days since I cut them, I used rockwool that I soaked for 30mins then dry but did not use untill a month later, I also used a cloning solution called Growth Technology, the water I use is distilled or rain water cant seem to remember what the gallon jug was, and I also leave the top vent half open and side ones closed untill yesterday in which I opened half way. I posted several pictures and I appericate anyone that has read and will help me out with my problem.

Don't cut clones more than you have to. They barely have the resources to grow new roots and forcing them to heal cuts can be too much for them. The water for clones should be under Ph 6. Try to avoid exposing areas you want to grow roots to light. Make sure the humidity isn't so high that water drips or collects on the clones. They should have a dark period in their schedule.

I can't really get into your situation in king's thread, but having at least 8hrs of dark helps the rooting process. I don't know if you "need" to but it's an important part of most cloning techniques. It sounds like you may need to work out the kinks in your cloning system or find a new one to try. You should start a new thread for your problem and post every step you take cloning in it. Include pics if at all possible. If king doesn't mind, please post a link to your thread here and we'll be sure to look into it further.

yours look better than mine. and mine are only a day old, I got the same brown shit on some of them, using (clonex gel) btw, and most of em are limp/look dead. I'm hearing mixed opinions on when to mist them, but every time i do mist them it seems to evaporate rather quickly. I feel your pain lol, it's especially painful when you have nothing to smoke and your cloning for sex just see if you even have females
