Closet CFL Grow

I'm growing 2 plants in my closet using 4 40 watt 6500k CFLs. The first 1 I planted about a week before the other is in the blue container with slight nute burn (gave 1 feeding before I knew too wait). The one in the orange was planted about a week and a half ago. So my question is, is the nute burn causing my first 1 to stunt growing as it seems to be focusing on new growth while the 2nd has much larger and healthier looking leaves. As well the 1st recently just shriveled up the oval leaves. I read this was normal.

My temps have been about mid 80s and topping out around 88-90 at the end of the lights on stage (working on a ventilation set up). If I forgot anything lmk. Thanks

It can stunt growth. Just feed clean non chlorinated water from here until about 30 days. The soil has Nitrogen, Phosphate and Potassium which the plant gets when you water it. The temps are a little high. 80-85 max is what you want.

Thank you, I figured it must've been the nutes that stunted the growth. Is it normal for them to lose their oval leaves this early?
