closet grow darkness period question

in a closet with the door removed.. would a plastic made, half mylar covered, tarp with a blanket covering that even, from outside the closet... be sufficient for darkness periond? as long as it was always shut? growing a few plants.

You would be the only one that could answer that, because none of us can see it. Obviously it's better if no light gets in at all, but I've read that if there is any leaking through it should be no brighter than the moon. Again, the best thing is to make sure it's completely dark.

i used a blanket on a old setup of mine which seemed to work fine i would try to secure the blanket or whatever ur using against the wall with like tape or thumb tacks

Don't use tape, it has a tendency to lose its stick right after you leave the house. Use solid nails or screws.
