CO2 timing questions?how-much-how-ofter-how long

Hello all im still new here, but thanks to everyone who posts!!
I just got my CO2 tank reg. and setup and i need to know how long to spray and how often per day??
I'm in a 200cf tent 5X5X7, 1000HPS,400MH, Intake-400,Exhaust-400,carbon and hepa, all except lights hooked to a GreenAir MCC-1, Ohh i have fan speed controls too.
I'm just lost looking for any kinda estimates on this a friend has said 5 times a day during lght period for 8 min.
Anyone have a link to some numbers for me or any kinda estimates would soo be appreciated.
I'm going to be using my cycle timer on my controler until i get a fancy set point controler..
I know i can count on everyone here.. and tx again to all I'll be starting my journal soon.
Snow white, Raspberry Cough, Sour Deisel, Papaya, and Blue Mystic, One of the bubbleponic methods from forums.. there 4 weeks frm seed and flying along.
I'll be around much more often now i've freed up some time in life..

ok all whove checked in tx .. I got it figured for the time being im setting it at 15 on 1 off .. Mind you the controller defeats on the exhaust cycles and then cycles the co2 to refill room. It probably exhausts around twice an hour anyway. Ill just have to see how much i use ..I can adjust via the flow meter aswell.. TX to all who took a peak ..
I'll be posting my pics in my new journal prolly tommarow.. First grow not in water,First tent,giving bubbleponics a go and going all the way on this tent..400 out, 400 in, controllers, 2400watts CO2...13- at 3 weeks now ....
