Co2

When should I introduce co2 to my seedlings? Their still pretty young so I would like to know if its okay to try an introduce a little for now to speed up their growth it would it just kill them?

Unless your growing a nice size crop CO2 wont improve your grow. Air has lots of CO2 in it. grow out your plants w/out co2 & whach em GO....

outside air is approx. 400-450 ppm co2. inside air is a couple hundred more at the very least depending on the room. co2 supplementation will certainly do for yield whether the grow is big or small.supplementation being 1200-1500 ppm co2 in my mind.

Agreed on this, and don't try for anything bigger than 1500 ppm without special plans in place.. with a real good regulator too. Some regulators that aren't built to a decent spec tend to freeze over and that's nowhere near a good situation.
