I have found out the hard way. Don't use them.
They are supposed to be like a jiffy pot pellets. But they're not.
I started a couple of plants in them and when they got larger I transplanted them into larger pots. They looked good at first then started slowly dieing.
So I took the best one out of the larger pot and found the coco coir pellet was rock hard. So I cut the retaining bag off and it exploded.
My baby was root bound and no roots grew out of the bag that is around the pellets.
I have transplanted it into a fresh pot and I'll see if it recovers.
