Cold night temps

I have a 2m sq tent and a 4ft tube heater in there just about to start in the next few days but temps are around 1 degree at night now so will the tube heater be enough and also if I have intake and outake going at night surely it will just extract any warm air produced.forgot to mention I'm planning on having lights off at night too

You should be OK in a tent. Also, depending on where you are, often the pork choppers often aren't allowed to fly at night due to noise. Running at night keeps temps more even.

It's only x2 400s so not awesome amounts in a 2m tent. I think il just do it the other way as u suggested just was a bit worried.my other question was shall I have intake and outake running at lights off as it is still cold during the day. Bout 12 degrees and soon to be colder

Sorry, should have been clearer. When I said pork choppers I meant filthy pigs in helicopters.

LOL! ARe you in UK? If so, you should be able to find out when the bacon is allowed to fry (fly, sorry!)

Also, remember that they can't tell the difference between an 800w heater and 800watts of light. The problems start when you vent that 800w straight outside. Pull fresh air in (co2) and vent out into your house if possible. Why waste the heat?

I'm in a similar predicament myself, I'm growing outside in a tent also. I'm using two portable heaters and my night time temps with lights off dip to 65F with out side being below freezing.

Pelonis Electric Fan-Forced Heater with Thermostat, HF-0020T

$14.94*

Search it on walmart website.... THIS THING BLOWS SERIOUS HEAT. Some reviews say its loud but i would compare it to a box fan on low setting at the most maybe even quieter. The price is low as hell and i had doubts but this thing kicks ass. I have to sleep downstairs when my wife runs it cause my entire upstairs is hot as hell.
